That's all I need to say, isn't it? This photo, taken by Erik Olsen of Gadling, is just one highlight of his recent kayak trip from New York City to tiny Swindburne Island. He reports that the trip, hosted by Manhattan Kayak Company, was cold but lovely. I can just feel the paddle in my hands, feel that cold salt wind at my back... can't you?

1. Wow that looks like a fun trip; paddling from New York city. Although it is definitely not the first place you think of when I think of to go kayaking, I usually have a tendency to think of some place that is much more remote or has more natural beauty, although I have to admit the city can be nice too.
