Judith Meskill (right), currently our Editorial Director, will be moving to Chief Operating Officer of Weblogs, Inc. and work with me on the operations and development of our business. Judith was one of our first bloggers, was our first editorial director, and helped us grow from 40 to more than 160 bloggers in just over one year. She also managed our side of the integration of Weblogs, Inc. and AOL.com. Judith is wildly effective, keeps everyone focused on the goal, and has the dubious distinction of being the only member of the management team who has not taken a vacation since our acquisition by AOL six months ago! (We're forcing her to take one next month!)
Moving on up at WIN: Judith Meskill and Brad Hill take on new roles.

I disagree. I have an indominatible personal agenda from which I never stray. On the other hand, if I am dosed with the correct amount of espresso, I can see other viewpoints and perspectives. Yet, my stubbornness and inflexibility make rational discussion difficult. Still, an inherent open-mindedness saves the day from time to time. In short, I understand what you're saying, but there might be some truth to the opposite side.
18. thanks to everyone for the heartfelt congratulations!
ahem, i think i'll start that vacation now ... that is, right after mike propst and i design the new templates; and barb, brad, sarah, and i contract the new blogger/poets necessary to convert our entire network of blogs into a prolific panoply of photo/poetry blogs (you're with me on this right peter and ryan - we'll start with 'en (sic) ode to gadgets'? and you know this is just for you right brian? because you asked!)
green tea for me sarah, though i do imbibe in a cup of black coffee on the rare occasion ... ;)

23. Judith, you're the most available person I've ever worked with, which is truly amazing considering your work load. You've been a great guide for me and I'd lay down on railroad tracks for you (provided no trains are coming :)
Looking forward to working more with you Brad as I've always been a fan of your pen.
