(Page 1)2. I might be inclined to agree with you (Mac user and all) but I think the Xbox group has introduced quite a bit of innovation into the gaming space all on their own.
Is Xbox Live, which was developed within, not innovative in the console gaming space?
The Massive purchase is conisderably forward thinking. Tie it into XBL and you have a controllable push-ad system all running through their console. I don't think that simply because they didn't invent the technology that their application of it will necessarily be any less interesting.
...now Windows on the other hand...
